A Missouri man was arrested Thursday after trying to carry a loaded firearm onto a plane at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
The man, whose name was not released, was arrested after Transportation Security Administration officers detected the 9mm gun and ammunition at an X-ray checkpoint.
The officers contacted the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Police, who arrested the man after removing the gun and ammunition from his carry-on bag.
