Buffalo police have released the names of the three people injured in a shooting that left one man dead on the city’s West Side early Saturday.
27-year-old Ervin Maye of Buffalo died after an unknown shooter opened fire inside a residence in the 400 block of Massachusetts Avenue at around 1 a.m. Saturday, Buffalo police spokesman Michael J. DeGeorge said in a statement.
Also injured were 32-year-old Jerry Hayes and 42-year-old Duane Stokes, both of Buffalo. Authorities said Stokes was treated and discharged from Erie County Medical Center, while Hayes was listed in critical condition there.
