BATAVIA – A Tennesee couple allegedly making methamphetamine here for street sales was arrested Thursday by State Police. Ricky A. Leach Jr., 33, and Jessica M. Ring, 28, both of Goodletsville, Tenn., were taken into custody while allegedly making meth in a wooded area near the Target Store here.
They were remanded to the Genesee County Jail by Batavia Town Justice Michael Cleveland who set bail at $10,000 for each of them. State troopers were assisted at the scene of the arrests by Genesee County sheriff’s deputies. Both suspects are charged with criminal possession of the precursors for methamphetamine.
