Report of boat drifting toward the brink of Niagara Falls turns out to be logs near buoy

NIAGARA FALLS – New York State Parks Police said late this afterno0on that calls about a boat drifting dangerously lose to the falls turned out to be logs floating bear a buoy. A Niagara County Sheriff’s boat dispatched to the scene made the determination, authorities said.
