A Roslyn Street woman arrested on weapons charges is accused of threatening a woman with a gun and baseball bat at East Delavan and Floss avenues about 10:10 p.m. Monday, police said.
Then, when her car was pulled over several blocks from the scene of the incident, she spit at and threatened arresting officers, police said.
Tynyia Tarver, 19, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, menacing, obstructing governmental administration, harassment and disorderly conduct. Tarver, police said, was handcuffed and forced into a patrol car,
