LITTLE VALLEY – A 39-year-old motorcyclist was injured last weekend in an accident attributed to driving while intoxicated, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Christopher A. Enser, of North Otto Road, Cattaraugus, was traveling south on Route 353 in the Town of Dayton when he missed a curve in the road, deputies said. Enser was airlifted to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, where he apparently was treated and released.
Enser was charged with DWI, operating out of class and failure to keep right, deputies said. He was issued tickets to appear in Dayton Town Court at a later date.
