KIANTONE – A crash early Saturday resulted in a drunken-driving charge against a Jamestown man, Chautauqua County sheriff’s officials said.
Christopher J. Conti, 42, was driving south on Peck Settlement Road at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday when he swerved to miss a deer and struck an embankment, sheriff’s officials said.
Conti posted a blood-alcohol content of more than .08, sheriff’s officials said. He was charged with DWI and is scheduled for a court appearance at a later date, officials said Saturday.
