A Springville man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after he crashed his car in Concord early Wednesday, Erie County Sheriff’s officials said.
The crash, which involved just one car, occurred just before 1 a.m. at the corner of Genesee and Transit Line Road.
The driver, Joshua W. Moroge, 25, was not injured. But a breath test indicated his blood alcohol content was .20 percent, two and a half times the legal limit. The charge against him was raised to aggravated DWI because his BAC was over .18 percent.
Moroge was also charged with narcotics possession and multiple traffic infractions. He was released on appearance tickets.
