PORTLAND – A Portland man struck a parked vehicle on Route 20 in Portland Sunday morning, causing his own vehicle to overturn, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies reported.
Frederick S. Brown, 28, was driving west on the route around 5:56 a.m., when he left his lane and hit the vehicle parked on the side of the road. Brown was taken to Westfield Hospital with minor injuries.
He is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and making an unsafe lane change.
