LOCKPORT – Five years’ probation was the sentence Wednesday for a North Tonawanda man who had pleaded guilty to selling the drug Suboxone in that city last year.
Jason A. Kozlowski, 37, of Payne Avenue, had admitted to a reduced charge of attempted fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
He had successfully served 90 days of interim probation, impressing Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas enough that she extended the probation to the full five years.
