Buffalo police are seeking the public’s help tonight in locating a man last seen riding a red bike near West Ferry and Niagara streets about 2 p.m. July 16.
Police said Banya Hong, 33, also known as Mon Ro Chan, is 5-foot-7 with black hair and brown eyes.
