ALABAMA – Genesee County sheriff’s officials said Rochester man arrested Sunday had 31 suspensions and revocations of his driving privileges dating back to 2000.
Alberto Laboy-Bertran, 74, was arrested Sunday on Townline Road in Alabama and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, because of the multiple suspensions, officials said. He was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and sent to Genesee County Jail on $25,000 cash bail, authorities said.
