Eight adults from Western New York and southern Ontario have been arrested for either trespassing or disorderly conduct during the Zac Brown Band Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Sunday, Genesee County sheriff’s officials reported.
The eight people arrested were accused of various offenses, including jumping a fence into the concert venue, causing a disturbance or re-entering the concert venue after being ejected. Both trespassing and disorderly conduct are violations.
Five of the eight people arrested are in their 20s; the others are 35, 50 and 53.
Deputies also charged 30 youths under 21 with possession of alcohol with intent to consume.
