A Jamestown man was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday in the Town of Ellicott.
David Jasczc, 61, of Buffalo Street, was stopped by a state trooper and cited for moving from his lane unsafely. State police said he was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests and provided a breath sample with an alcohol content of .18.
He was released with traffic tickets and is due back in Town of Ellicott court on May 1.
