WILSON – A Niagara Falls man has been charged in the burglary of a Lake Road home, Niagara County sheriff’s deputies said.
Kristopher L. Buehler, 28, of 18th Street, is charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree grand larceny, petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was arrested Thursday as deputies investigated the report of a suspicious man. Two long guns – a 20-gauge shotgun and a Russian .223 rifle – that had been stolen from the Lake Road home were discovered beneath a tarpaulin in the bed of a pickup being used by the suspect, deputies said.
Deputies also said they recovered a purse filled with ammunition, also believed to have been stolen from the home.
