A Clarence man was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated after a breath test showed his blood alcohol content level was 0.20 percent – two-and-a-half times the legal limit, state police said.
A trooper pulled over Thomas P. Tillery, 44, just before 11 p.m. Tuesday on Main Street in Clarence for failure to keep right.
He was arrested on a DWI charge, which was raised to aggravated DWI because of the high level of his blood alcohol test.
He was released on tickets returnable to town court on Dec. 18.
