A Buffalo woman is charged with grand larceny and criminal mischief, accused of bilking renters of a Monroe Street property out of $3,200 and damaging a car.
Theresa A. Williams, 38, was arrested in the 700 block of Taunton Place on charges that she bilked one renter out of $1,010 in September and another out of $2,190 in November. She is also charged with scratching the car of a woman Jan. 21 in a rent dispute.
