A man wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Pennsylvania is being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail following his arrest last week.
BryanSuleski, 29, was held under orders from County Judge Michael L. Nenno pending extradition documents from Erie County, Pa.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office said Suleski, who was living on West Elm Street in Olean, was arrested Friday morning by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant issued by New York Parole.
Suleski, who is accused of committing an armed robbery in Mill Creek Township, Pa., is being held as a fugitive from justice. He is accused of violating parole by not reporting to state parole officers in Olean.
