MAYVILLE – A Chautauqua County grand jury has indicted two boys, 16 and 17, in two Mayville burglaries, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office has announced.
The two Mayville suspects, who are being held in Chautauqua County Jail since their arrests several months ago, are accused of burglarizing two businesses, 3 Seas Recreation and the Chautauqua Bell. The 16-year-old also is charged with the theft of an all-terrain vehicle from property on Route 430 in the Town of Chautauqua, The suspects’ names were withheld. Both were indicted on burglary, grand and petit larceny and criminal mischief counts.
