An investigation into a fight call early Saturday morning in Dunkirk led to felony drug charges against three young people, after Dunkirk police seized suspected marijuana, along with crack and powder cocaine from a vehicle.
Police responding to the fight scene along South Beaver Street at about 2:30 a.m. spotted and seized the drugs from the vehicle being occupied by the three people in their early 20s.
Police charged Justin T. Schuk, 22; Jordyn P. Plaza, 22; and Fred Santiago, 24, all of Dunkirk, with felony marijuana possession and both felony and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, according to police reports.
