A Buffalo man was wounded and a car was shot at early Sunday outside the One Eyed Kitty Cabaret at Clinton and Jones streets, east of Fillmore Avenue.
Curtis Smith, 27, said he was standing outside the bar’s entrance at 3:24 a.m. when someone walked by. He said he then heard shots and felt a pain in his leg. He said he drove himself to the Erie County Medical Center for treatment of a gunshot wound to his left knee.
At about the same time, a 17-year-old Buffalo woman said she was sitting in a car in front of the cabaret when an unidentified man wearing a dark blue hoodie came out of the building and shot at a passing car. She said the rear window of her car was hit by a bullet. She said she saw the shooter run away.
