FREWSBURG – A Frewsburg woman who police said was driving with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit when she fled from a car crash has been charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and other crimes.
Amy M. Schulz, 46, of Frew Run Road, was arrested at her home Saturday a short time after the crash at 1:35 p.m. at Ivory and Falconer streets, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said she had a blood alcohol level of 0.24 percent and a previous DWI conviction from 2007.
She was charged with felony DWI, DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield the right of way and failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles that she had changed her address.
No one was injured in the crash.
