LOCKPORT – Three people were injured early today in a bar fight at Lock 34 on Main Street, city police reported.
Police said those who were injured during the 2 a.m. fight suffered cuts or stab wounds.
One was airlifted to Erie County Medical Center for treatment of stab wounds, police said. A second victim, who was bleeding heavily, was taken by police to Eastern Niagara Hospital in Lockport, where he was treated before being transferred to ECMC.
The third victim had left the scene before officers arrived and was later found at a nearby home, police said. He also was treated at Eastern Niagara Hospital before being transferred to ECMC.
The condition of the victims, none of whom was identified by police, was not available this morning.
