A Cheektowaga man arrested about 10:30 a.m. Friday is accused of hurling rocks at the home of a Hastings Avenue woman during an argument.
Daniel J. Blackwell, 25, of George Urban Boulevard, was charged with criminal mischief and harassment. Police estimated damage at $200.
