LOCKPORT – Jason J. Kester, the Porter man sentenced March 31 to 13 years in prison for invading a West Seneca woman’s home last year, won’t have to serve any additional time for violating probation on his conviction for a 2011 robbery.

Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas imposed a seven-year sentence for the violation Friday, but ordered it to be served simultaneously with the longer sentence Kester received from Erie County Judge Michael L. D’Amico for the Dec. 15 invasion, in which a 74-year-old West Seneca woman was bound in duct tape.

Painkiller addict Kester, 31, of Porter Center Road, was intending to force the woman to accompany him to an automatic teller machine to withdraw money for him to use to buy drugs, but he ended up wrapping the woman in duct tape after she resisted.
