LOCKPORT – A pair of alleged cocaine dealers pleaded not guilty at their arraignments on four-count indictments Friday. Both are charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
In Niagara County Court, Jacob P. Beghtol, 27, of Sherwood Avenue, Niagara Falls, was accused of making two cocaine sales to a police informant in Niagara Falls Dec. 5 and 9.
In State Supreme Court, Grandville J. Sanders, 26, of no permanent address, faced charges of selling crack cocaine in the City of Lockport Aug. 15 and Sept. 3.
