Bethany A. Jackson, 23, of Salamanca, was ordered Monday to serve a state prison term of 2ø years by Cattaraugus County Justice Ronald D. Ploetz for her conviction on attempted burglary and harassment charges for a Feb. 1, 2013, Salamanca break-in and for an Oct. 26, 2012, mugging.

Ordered to serve three years of supervised probation after her prison term, the currently jailed Jackson was also ordered to serve a concurrent one-year term on her vehicular assault conviction for injuring another person in the Town of Humphrey while she was driving under the influence of drugs March 20, 2012.

Also this week in Cattaraugus County Court in Little Valley:

• A 34-year-old Salamanca man who was on Cattaraugus County’s list of “ten most wanted criminals” because of his alleged morphine trafficking was ordered by Ploetz to spend up to six months in the state prison system’s Shock Incarceration Program as a result of his felony conviction for the sale of the drug in the City of Salamanca the last week of May 2012.

Thomas D. Doner, who has been jailed since his arrest by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force 13 months ago, was also placed on supervised probation for five years after he completes the shock program.

• Michael A. Doubek, 40, of Conewango Valley, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed driving for his arrest in the Town of Leon last Aug. 30. Cattaraugus County District Attorney Lori Pettit Rieman said Doubek had a blood alcohol reading that day of 0.18 percent, more than twice the state’s legal limit, and was knowingly driving even though his license had been suspended because of an earlier arrest. He faces sentencing June 16.

• Jeffrey S. Kayes, 26, of Olean, pleaded guilty to a felony burglary charge for an Olean break-in early last May 20. He faces sentencing May 12.

• Michael J. Smith Jr., 40, of Gowanda, waived indictment and pleaded guilty to a felony count of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed driving for his arrest in the Town of Persia last Oct. 1. At the time, he had a blood alcohol reading of 0.18 percent and was driving even though his license had been suspended after an earlier traffic arrest. He faces sentencing May 12.

• Erin M. Bailey, 31, of Olean, was fined $1,000 and placed on probation for the next five years on her conviction for possession of precursor agents linked to the illegal manufacture of methamphetamine Dec. 18, 2012, in Olean.

• Brandon J. Williams, 26, of Olean, was fined $1,000 and placed on probation for the next five years on his conviction for the criminal sale of hydrocodone in Olean last March 30.
