LOCKPORT – A woman who drove her sport utility vehicle at her boyfriend but injured another woman was placed on three years’ probation Friday by State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr.
Richelle B. Clark, 41, of North Tonawanda, a former Lockport resident, had pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of third-degree assault for the Nov. 8, 2012, incident at Hawley and Green streets in Lockport.
Clark failed to run over her boyfriend, whom she asserted had beaten her earlier, but a woman was hurt. Kloch had dismissed a first-degree assault charge, ruling there was no proof of serious injury.
