LOCKPORT – A 24-year-old Town of Lockport man was arrested Tuesday and was being held on $100,000 cash bail for his alleged role in the daylight armed robbery Sunday of the Noco gas station at 6233 South Transit Road.
Todd M. Delavalle Jr. was arrested after a joint investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office and the State Police. Sheriff James R. Voutour would not comment on possible other suspects in the stickup, but he pointedly said “the investigation is continuing.” Delavalle is being held on one count each of first-degree robbery, criminal possession of a weapon and petit larceny. He faces further proceedings in Lockport Town Court at 9 a.m. Thursday.
