LOCKPORT – A Monroe County man, who allegedly had cocaine in his pocket when his car was pulled over Sept. 25 in the Town of Lockport, pleaded not guilty Friday in State Supreme Court.
Marquis J. Caliz, 24, of Gates, is charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly having more than one-eighth of an ounce of the drug.
