LOCKPORT – Brandi N. Cuillo, who was indicted on charges of making two sales of painkiller pills last June, was allowed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor Friday.
Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III scheduled sentencing April 11 for Cuillo, 30, of Lincoln Avenue, Town of Lockport. Cuillo was living on Robinson Road in that town on June 20, when she allegedly sold oxycodone and morphine in her apartment. She also was charged with selling more oxycodone five days later.
Cuillo could draw up to a year in jail for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
