WARSAW – A 17-year-old Attica High School student was arrested at the East Main Road school Thursday afternoon and charged with third-degree menacing for allegedly threatening a teacher and the teacher’s family.
Sgt. Colin Reagan and Investigator Aaron Anderson of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office obtained an order of protection for the teacher.
The student was released to the custody of his mother and has been ordered to appear in Attica Town Court for further proceedings on April 14. The student, whose name was not released, was suspended from school.
