LOCKPORT – A 40-year-old Buffalo man was arrested by the State Police Thursday and held in the Niagara County Jail for allegedly burglarizing a Lockport house of money and personal property on Sunday.
Steven J. Mouery was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and remanded to the jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail following his arraignment before Lockport Town Justice Cheryl Antkowiak. Mouery faces additional Lockport Town Court proceedings next week.
