A 25-year-old Freedom man pleaded not guilty Monday in Little Valley to a Cattaraugus County grand jury indictment accusing him of disseminating kiddy porn. Derrek M. Eschenbach was arraigned before Cattaraugus County Justice Ronald D. Ploetz on a felony charge of promoting a sexual performance by a child, possession of a sexual performance by a child and disseminating indecent materials to minors. District Attorney Lori Pettit Rieman said Eschenbach was arrested in the Town of Allegany last June.

• Dominic G. Cappiello, 45, of Delevan, pleaded guilty to a felony driving while intoxicated indictment for his arrest in the Town of Machias last May 6. Pettit Rieman said Cappiello, who served a brief state prison term until May 2008 on a Franklinville DWI conviction in a case where he allegedly made threatening remarks to an arresting officer, had a blood alcohol reading in Machias of 0.16 percent, twice the state’s legal limit. He faces sentencing July 14.
• Ryan O. Puccinelli, 25, of Olean, pleaded guilty to a felony count of third-degree burglary on his indictment for the theft of more than $3,000 in an Olean house burglary last June. Currently being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail, he faces sentencing April 28.
• Brenda L. Anderson, 39, of Salamanca, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging her with aggravated driving while intoxicated and two other felony DWI counts, and moving between lanes unsafely in the City of Salamanca last Sept. 20, when she registered a blood alcohol level of 0.28 percent, 3ø times the state’s legal limit.
• Charles B. Hopkins, 26, of Hinsdale, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with second-degree assault, criminal mischief, driving while ability impaired by alcohol and making an improper left turn, striking a bicycle rider and seriously injuring him in the Town of Hinsdale last April 27.
• Aaron J. Meacham, 41, of South Dayton, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with felony driving while intoxicated, stopping on a highway illegally, refusing to submit to a prescreen test, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle and having no flashers on his vehicle when he was stopped in the Town of Conewango last Aug. 25.
