A 20-year-old Blasdell woman was charged with felony drunken driving after being involved in a rollover crash on Willardshire Road in the Town of Elma early Sunday.
Leah Ramos was the driver of a vehicle that crashed and rolled on Willardshire Road about 4:20 a.m., according to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office. Passengers in the car, including a 15-year-old, were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Ramos had a blood-alcohol content level of 0.09 percent, deputies said, and because one of the passengers in the car was a minor, Ramos was charged with felony driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law.
