Two men and a woman were arrested in a car parked on Breckenridge Street near West Avenue late Tuesday after police allegedly found a gravity knife and a number of samples of marijuana in the vehicle.
Melquan Tucker, 22, of Hawley Street, Shahanda London, 21, of Bird Avenue and Russell M. Adams, 17, of Glenwood Avenue were all charged after officers checked out the parked car about 11:40 p.m. The gravity knife was reportedly found in a passenger seat pocket and a burning marijuana blunt, a small vial of marijuana, a large plastic bag of marijuana, three smaller plastic bags of marijuana and loose marijuana wrapped in paper were allegedly found in the vehicle. All three were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.
