A 52-year-old Dutton Avenue woman was arrested early Wednesday afternoon for allegedly clubbing a 51-year-old male neighbor on the head with a lamp during an argument.
Gwendolyn Vance was charged with third-degree assault and harassment for the incident about 1 p.m. She is accused of hitting the alleged victim on the head with a lamp and causing him pain and swelling on the top right side of his head.
