The welcome was anything but neighborly for a family that just moved into a Military Road apartment, according to Buffalo police reports.
A man told Northwest District officers Sunday that he and his family had moved in Saturday. They were unable to fit a snowblower and refrigerator through the door, so they left those items on the front porch.
When they arrived home Sunday afternoon, both were missing, he told police.
Though the value of the items wasn’t disclosed, police categorized the crime as a case of felony grand larceny.
