NIAGARA FALLS – City Police detectives charged a Falls man Wednesday for his alleged role in a 2013 armed robbery of a convenience store at 2027 Main St.
Jaerode A. Seright, 19, of Michigan Avenue, was arraigned in City Court today on a charge of second-degree robbery and held on $25,000 bail.
A Bridgeway Mart clerk said at 8:20 p.m. Jan. 31, , one man came into the store and asked for change and when the register was open a second man, wearing a mask, pulled out a black gun and demanded the cash. The suspect with the gun then reached in and grabbed the cash and both men fled.
Police at the scene located a black BB or pellet gun outside the store. Security camera footage was secured by police.
