A 53-year-old Dewey Avenue man was arrested late Tuesday for allegedly punching a neighbor woman in the face during an argument outside his home. Terrence Lighten was charged with third-degree assault and harassment for the incident in the first block of Dewey Avenue about 10 p.m.
