A 28-year-old Page Street man was arrested late Tuesday for allegedly assaulting a pregnant neighbor during an argument.
Paul Schanley was charged with third-degree assault, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Police reported the woman injured during the argument outside her flat is eight-months pregnant.
