Two Breckenridge Street men are being held and a third suspect is being sought in connection with the armed robbery of $150 from a man at Congress Street and Lafayette Avenue about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
With the victim in a patrol car, officers reported spotting two of the suspects, Glenn Benton, 19, and Charles Hoelflich, 18, at Breckenridge and Grant streets shortly after the incident.
The two suspects reportedly fled to a house in the third block of Breckenridge where officers reported finding Benton hiding in the attic and Hoelflich hiding in the basement. Both were charged with second-degree robbery, conspiracy and obstructing governmental administration.
