The Erie County Water Authority has crews dealing with a water break on Route 5 near the old steel plant.
The authority was notified about the problem about 4 p.m. and requested assistance of Lackawanna Police is dealing with traffic conditions on Route 5 up to and including the Ridge Road area. No further information was currently released.
