LOCKPORT – A Lincoln Avenue man who was charged in connection with burglary at a Crestwood Court apartment Saturday night faces further charges after Niagara County sheriff’s deputies found three brand-new Playstation 3 consoles, still in boxes, in the backseat of a car.

Allen J. Tomaino, 26, of Lincoln Avenue was additionally charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property after he admitted he stole the consoles from a Lockport Walmart earlier that evening.

Anthony F. Cross, 24, of Robinson Road, Lockport, who allegedly drove Tomaino to the store and to the Crestwood Court apartment, was picked up at his home and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Deputies said they found four security alarm sensors in the snow outside of the Crestwood Court residence.
