A fight among girls Saturday night on the West Side left at least two with stab wounds, according to Buffalo police.
The fight occurred near Grant Street and Potomac Avenue, shortly after 8:30 p.m. Buffalo firefighters were called to the scene, but the victims already were gone when crews arrived, a dispatcher said.
As many as three girls may have been stabbed, said Michael J. DeGeorge, a Police Department spokesman. None of the injuries appears to be serious, he said. Police said they recovered a knife in the 300 block of Grant.
