A tractor trailer hauling a Mercy Flight helicopter rolled over on the eastbound Thruway in the Town of Pembroke this morning, State Police said.
Authorities were still on the scene of the accident just before noon but all lanes were back open to traffic.
Both the truck and the aircraft came to rest in the center median.
No injuries were reported but the vehicles were damaged. No other vehicles were involved.
