NIAGARA FALLS – A traffic stop led to drunken driving charges and several. loaded and stolen guns charges at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday on Seventh Street.
State Police stopped Jackie R. Berry, 24, of Niagara Falls for speeding and additionally charged him with driving while intoxicated, and other vehicle and traffic counts,
Troopers said Berry was found to be in possession of a stolen, loaded handgun and a loaded Uzi semi-automatic rifle and he was charged with two felony counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
