An Orchard Park man was charged with drunken driving Wednesday after driving through a stop sign and into a ditch on Ellicott Road, according to the Orchard Park Police Department.
Robert Graber, 22, was traveling north on Benning Road when his vehicle went through a stop sign at Ellicott Road. The car rolled over.
Police responded to the crash at about 3:25 a.m.
Police placed Graber in custody and took him to the police station, where he took a breath test. Graber recorded a .15 percent blood alcohol content, according to a department release.
Police also cited Graber for imprudent speed and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Graber and his two passengers were not injured in the crash, according to a release from the department.
