Town of Hamburg police are looking for a person they believe is responsible for three early morning robberies at convenience stores in the past two weeks. No weapon was displayed in any of the robberies, police said.
Two of the holdups were reported at the Kwik Fill, 4909 South Park Ave. They involved the same clerk and occurred within two weeks of each other, said Hamburg Town Police Capt. Kevin Trask.
The first occurred at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 8, when police said an undetermined amount of cash was taken. The second occurred at 1:36 a.m. Sunday. Police said $200 was taken in that robbery.
On Friday at 12:15 a.m., police suspect the same person made off with less than $50 from the 7-Eleven at 4981 Southwestern Blvd.
