A LaSalle Avenue man was charged with second-degree assault for allegedly knocking out a Wyandotte Avenue man by kicking him in the head as they fought in the 800 block of Tonawanda Street about 7 p.m. Monday. Ronald M. Davis Jr., 18, was arrested early Tuesday, police said.
